Teams that make up our ghost hunting alliance investigate by using a scientific approach. With groups consisting of both skeptics and believers, natural causes for paranormal claims are exhausted first and foremost before jumping to supernatural conclusions. Then an effort is made to recreate and objectively document any experiences in an attempt to capture evidence of paranormal activity.
In order to be truly objective, it is important to be open to all methods and theories within the field of paranormal investigations. Our member organizations strive for a better understanding of true paranormal phenomena by implementing a variety of investigative tools and techniques from the scientific to the experimental to the spiritual.
C.P.E.A.R. is a Southington, CT. based not-for-profit paranormal research group looking to help those in need of answers, help, & guidance in dealing with paranormal activity as we further our own knowledge and collect concrete proof of hauntings. Helping you is our #1 priority! Our reputation for being one of the top paranormal research groups in the state of CT. continues to rapidly grow everyday as we work hard to keep that consistent. We investigate by using a scientific approach. We do this by using equipment to detect, communicate with, and capture evidence of paranormal activity. We also try to find natural causes for what is perceived as what could be paranormal activity before jumping to the conclusion that a place is haunted.
To assist in any way we can to free those persons who suffer the pain and despair that comes from dabbling in occult practices, or who innocently have fallen victim to forces that emanate from the dark side.
To share our knowledge with others, because we believe that knowledge is power, and power used correctly can overcome all obstacles.
For
over fifty years now, Ed and Lorraine Warren have been considered America's
preeminent experts on the subject of spirits and demonology. Even more important
perhaps, is the fact that they have also been the very same people for the past
fifty years whom religious authorities have repeatedly called in to control some
of the most profane outbreaks of diabolical phenomena in the country. Cases
where priests become possessed. Cases where people are physically attacked.
Cases where unworldly entities manifest and then preside. Cases where time is
violated and the physical environment is completely rearranged. Cases where
spirits don't just haunt a house, they visibly tear it apart.
Paranormal Swat: Started in 2007 with Roger and Steve becoming interested in the supernatural world and the living history of old places, one of their first experiences was a supernatural event in the woods in Eastern West Virginia on a camping trip. The rest of our team joined as time went on. Since that time it has been our soul purpose to research the supernatural and the urban myths that surround one of the most historical regions on the east coast. We have put this site together to share our investigations and help others to join in the search for the truth. So remove the vail of this world and look deeply into the next. We are hoping to make this community grow in the Mid-Atlantic Region; so we have put together several resources to help our brothers and sisters in their investigations, please feel free to contact us if we can help.

James Myers has been interested in taking photos of urban decay and abandoned buildings since his mid teen years. He is 38 years old and grew up in Hamden, Ct. During that time Myers had it brought to his attention , that some of the images showing up on his film was of the paranormal or supernatural realm . Myers attended Paier College of Art in Hamden , Ct. And also studied at Chamberlin School of Design at Mt Ida College, Newton Centre Ma. Myers Graduated from Charter Oak State College , and then continued at Columbia State University , and earned a Masters of Science Degree.
Hello, my name is Denice Jones and I welcome you to the L.I.F.E. Foundation. The LIFE foundation was formed in to help others in need with their paranormal situations, as we were in 1992. At that time, we could not find an organization that we could turn to. I did not own a computer and all I could do was go to the book stores and find any book on the paranormal and read it to find help.
