CT SOUL SEEKERS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIVE PROCESS
The following is a general description of how CONNECTICUT SOUL SEEKERS PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS & RESEARCH GROUP go about the investigative process.Follow through may vary depending on certain circumstances,however all segments of the procedure will always be completed.
1. INITIAL CONTACT
This is where the client (you) , contact CT Soul Seekers Paranormal Investigations to express interest in our services.This can be via our contact form , email , telephone or in person. At this time we will ask you some initial questions regarding your circumstances.The request is then taken to the founders , and will proceed to the next phase.
2. SCHEDULING
You will be contacted by one of the founders , who will have more in depth questions regarding your circumstances and the urgency of your specific situation. Based on this information a time and date will then be set to conduct the on-site interview.
3. ON-SITE INTERVIEW
At this time the founders Nicole and Angel will conduct an on-site interview.During this interview we may have additional questions regarding your situation.We will also be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have as well.We will then explain the equipment we plan to use during the investigation and how each device works.Next we will ask you to give us a short tour of the area pointing out where the majority of activity is experienced.We may also ask for permission to run audio equipment (digital recorder) during this process as we have obtained EVP'S (electronic voice phenomena) quite often using this technique. Once the above is completed we will ask you to sign a couple forms.The first form will grant us permission to investigate and also release you from liability to any injuries we may incur as well as any damage/loss of our equipment.The second form is a release of information.We respect your right to privacy and will not release any information without your expressed written consent.There are several levels of confidentiality you can choose from starting at releasing all information , to releasing no information at all.The utmost respect will be given to your choice.Once this is completed ,a date/time that best suits your needs will be scheduled for the actual investigation.
4. RESEARCH
During this phase the CT Soul Seekers team will work to gather as much information about the property in question as possible.We will consult libraries , historical societies , county and city records, and all available sources of information.We will also perform witness interviews with as many witnesses of the activity as possible.
5. THE INVESTIGATION
This is when the team of investigators will come to the location , tour it , set up equipment in an attempt to gather evidence of and document paranormal activity.During the investigation team members will also try to recreate situations and find natural causes for the occurrences.In either event we strive to bring you peace of mind and understanding of the situation at hand.You the client are our number one priority.The investigation time varies dependent on several factors.
6. ANALYSIS
This is presumably the most time consuming yet extremely important part of the investigative process.We carefully go through all the data gathered looking for anything that may provide evidence of paranormal activity. If any is found , we then examine it more closely looking for other potential causes.If we are unable to find any logical explanation / natural cause , we then call it evidence.We stress that each member must all agree on this conclusion.During this time, it may become necessary for some of the CT Soul Seekers team to return to the location to examine specific areas pertaining to potential evidence.
7. THE REVEAL
Once the final analysis is complete , CT Soul Seekers will share the findings with the client.The client will receive a full detailed report as well as a DVD of any evidence that may have been caught.We will again answer any questions or concerns you may have to the best of our ability.At this time the client can decide how they would like to proceed.This of course would be dependent on numerous factors.CT Soul Seekers are committed to helping you find peace and understanding every step of the way.
8. FOLLOW UP
CT Soul Seekers will NEVER leave a client hanging after we perform an investigation.We will follow up to ensure that your needs have been met and remain so. We at CT Soul Seekers make our clients our number one priority.We will do all we can to help and explore all avenues of possibilities , leaving no stone unturned.Of course , you are always welcome to contact us day or night.We understand....and we want to help.
