^{CT Soul Seekers will always place the well-being of the client and his or her family above all other priorities.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will always ensure that an investigation does not in any way damage the property of the client , private or public business,organization ,or other persons unrelated to the investigation.}

^{CT Soul Seekers assures that an investigation will never violate the privacy , rights , or well-being of persons who are not involved in the investigation , such as neighbors.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will not discuss any conclusions or preliminary interpretations with the client during and investigation.We will analyze all data before any theories or conclusions are shared.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will not hold any person/s , business , society , or organization liable for any personal injury or equipment loss/damage that may occur.We fully understand that every investigation will be at our own risk.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will not publish or release data from an investigation to the public without prior written consent by the client.We will obtain all necessary permission before performing any investigation.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will inform the client in advance of the nature and duration of the investigation , number of investigators who will be present , data to be collected and the methods used to obtain data.All other considerations that may reasonably influence the clients decision to proceed with the investigation will also be disclosed during the on-site interview.}

^{CT Soul Seekers strictly prohibits the use of any alcoholic beverages on the day of and during the actual investigation.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will not allow smoking during the investigation.Not only is it unprofessional , it would also interfere with photos and videos by creating false anomalies.}

^{CT Soul Seekers does not permit the use of cell phones on investigations.Some of the equipment we use is very sensitive , the use of a cell phone can create a false positive.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will NEVER ask for any fee's from a client.We are a not-for-profit group , therefore all investigations will remain 100% free.All expenses will be paid for by}
^{CT Soul Seekers members.Although donations are welcome and very much} ^{appreciated they are not necessary.Any donations will be used to purchase new equipment and towards group expenses.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will not take any pictures or videos during adverse weather conditions.This would create the possibility for false anomalies.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will not use any means of mystic conjuring during an investigation.Such as, Ouija boards and séances.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will thoroughly research the site history before expressing any theories or conclusions to the client.}

^{CT Soul Seekers consists of skeptics as well as believers.We at all times will look for possible natural causes , but also to keep an open mind to actual paranormal activity.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will refrain from wearing any type of cologne or perfume during investigations.There have been times when a spirit has made itself known through smell.Therefore , we would not want to contaminate the area.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will NEVER litter on an investigation.This means that ANYTHING that is brought in by us will be taken back out at the conclusion of the investigation.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will always investigate in groups of at least (2).This not not only for safety reasons but also to validate any personal experiences.}

^{On occasion CT Soul Seekers will have a guest along on an investigation (prior consent from the client will be obtained during these circumstances).This does not include the paranormal group CPEAR whom we work closely with.If a guest is approved to help with an investigation , he/she is expected to take the investigation as seriously as the CT Soul Seekers/CPEAR members.Failure to comply will result in the guest being asked to leave the investigation site.}

^{CT Soul Seekers will keep an open mind to ALL methods and theories.The field of PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION is not an exact science.Therefore , we will always seek to further our knowledge and apply cutting edge technology/methods to our investigations.}

^{CT Soul Seekers agree that in the event we are not qualified to handle a particular situation (such as an exorcism) we will refer the client to the proper contact who is qualified to help.We will assist the client through this entire process.}

^{Last but not least CT Soul Seekers will NEVER CLOSE AN INVESTIGATION until the problem is resolved.}
