CLASS A - A clear voice where anyone hearing it can accept what it is saying without being told what you think it says.It can also be heard without the use of headphones orĀ extraordinary amplification
CLASS B - A voice is heard but is muffled or soft.It might require someone prompting you as to what is being said.Headphones may have to be used as well.
CLASS C - Something is there but the voice can't be fully heard or understood.Headphones would absolutely have to be used.What is said is dependent on who hears it.
